First of all, you certainly have three bad capacitors in this TV. CX3416 is a 25 volt 100mf cap that is bad. Cx 3218 is a 160 volt 2.2 mf cap that is bad and finally C3460 is a 25 volt 220 mf cap. The C3460 is the culprit that is stopping the feed to the audio out put IC. This cap is near the audio IC. It is attached to a large heat sink. Resolder the pins on this IC as well. And after replacing the capacitors, be sure to inspect all solder grounds and resolder as necessary. Hope this helps. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support.
SAFE MODE:
1. Place you finger on the on/off sensor leave it their untill you console turns off then take you finger off the sensor.
2. Place your finger back on the on/off sensor leave it their until you hear 2 consecutive beeps then take your finger off.
3. Once the safe mode screen comes on select the option PS3 SYSTEM RESTORE.
NOTE: A PS3 system restore will delete all data except the OS. I recommend backing up your console onto a USB flash drive if possible.
Good Luck!
