Ik don't know my puk code for the samsug sgh-e530

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

when you turn on your device it will automatically ask for PUK code
when it does you will type the PUK code (numbers) then click ok.

The only people that can give you your PUK code is your network supplier i.e orange. t-mobile.

Just phone and ask for it and they will help your phone back to normal!

PUK refers to Personal Unblocking Key. This is a Code which is offered only by Service Provider. There is NO charge. Call up the service provider and ask for the same and they would be glad to offer that.

Note - If you enter 3 incorrect PUK codes, SIM would be permanently damaged.

well if it is puk, you have to call your network service provider,, the problem is your sim, and just give the details and they will give you your puk.. it's not the phone..

use a friends phone and contact the customer care line. its unlikely for a qgent to respond to you but its worth a try. if it works the way vodacom does then dont enter your puk to many times wrong cause after a set amount of wrog entries it will destroy the sim
