It can be the program controller unit. You need to check the output to the program controller unit to confirm if the power comes out to the next cycle. Start by following from the inlet opening vavle, the cut off and the motor drive to confirm. Please see these tips: Repairing Washer
take a look at your manual that came with your machine go to problems usually at the back and see what that says,or go to the bosch website and type in your model number its on the inside of the door.i would suspect a program fault.adrian,,,,,
You need to check and clean the pump filter if you have not already done so.
This is located at the bottom front right of washer.
Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
You first of all need to check the pump filter.
This should be located at the botom front right of washer.
Look for a drop down flap or cover, once located, unscrew filter anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
The pump itself is directly behind the filter housing, check there is nothing stuck in the housing.
This should solve the prob.
Please leave feedback for my solution.
Thankyou.
We had similliar problem. We were overloading the wash barrel and using too much soap. The soap was foaming causeing the washer to add rinse cycles hinse more time to the cycle. Make sure your soap has the HE ( high efficiency ) label on it. Hope this helps.
