Question about Dell Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Code c000021a, and cant get by it to boot up, tryed just about everything. The windows disk and restore arent working. any ideas?
There are two things to consider:
1) Your hard disk might be destroyed or have reached its lifespan.
2) Your operating system was corrupted.
Try changing your existing hard disk with another one. If it reboots and starts the operating system installed on it then it is presumed that the other one is destroyed.
