front panel?> do you mean that the buttons on the front of the tv are damaged?

yes is your complaint menu keeps popping up.... if so i have seen a couple possible solutions to the problem.. replaceing the front panel(BUTTON CLUSTOR) or the ir sensor.. but usally it is the buttons
