Question about Canon Cameras
Use a Card Reader. If you are using one then you should get a different one.
If you are connecting the camera with the usb cord then it sounds like your driver is bad which you could reinstall. but if you use a card reader instead then you wont have to worry about drivers. You jsut put the card into the reader and connect it to the computer and it will allow you to see the images and download then.
I would also try connect your device to another usb port to make sure it is not just the usb port.
That should get the issue fixed for you. If not then Let me know what did happen when you tried those things and I will tell what to do next.
