- Has anyone been successful in getting free help with the defaulty TX digitizer? Mine went out before the warranty, which enabled me to get it repaired for free. Unfortunately it went out again 28 days into the 30 day repair warranty. When I called palm regarding this, they said that the repair ticket was needed in order to process under the warranty, which I couldn't locate. I would think that they would have a record of my repair on file. I'm so frustrated.
