Hey Want2Wii,

While most Best Buy™ stores will receive new products several times during the week, we are unfortunately unable to provide customers with any specific dates. Please keep in mind that while some shipments are received at set intervals, we also do supply our stores with specific products on an as-needed basis and as they are provided to us by their respective manufacturers. Generally, the best way to ensure that the product you are looking for is in stock is to keep checking back regularly with your local store.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

How do i get amazon prime on my wii system

FOR ORIGINAL NINTENDO WII CONSOLE
Make sure your Wii is connected to the Internet. Then, open the Wii Shop Channel and search 'amazon', and it should come up. You won't need any Wii Points to download it. Totally free, after a few moments the channel will be on your system menu. Start it up, log in, and enjoy!
FOR WII U CONSOLE
Enter the eShop via the orange shopping bag at the bottom of the GamePad screen. Search 'amazon', and the application should show up in the results. It's completely free, and after the download all you need to do is start it up and log in.

Hope I helped! Have a wonderful day.

I have the same problem with my Wii. It's on everything, games, etc. Did you ever access the internet through your Wii. I do and I wondered if a virus hit it.

Not working

Take the Wii apart and look/shake the drive carefully. Had this happen before with a customers wii and a piece of paper was jammed inside of it.

If that's not the case, it's probably a worn out laser (you can order replacements on various sites (ebay/dealextreme). Replacing it involves a little bit of soldering. Also be sure to remove the blob of solder on the new laser flatcable, since that prevents it from working correctly (it's put there to protect from static during shipment/handling).

If that fails also, you need a new drive. Might be the easiest way to go if you don't feel like soldering :) (also on ebay/dealextreme).

Hey Firequay,

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide customers with any information regarding when their local Best Buy™ store is scheduled to receive a shipment of any given product. Products are usually made available for sale as soon as they are received from the manufacturer, and are always sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

Hey cool beans,

While we are unable to provide specific details regarding when Best Buy™ stores receive individual shipments, it is generally advisable to check back whenever a new ad becomes available. Our sales typically run Sunday through the following Saturday, and our stores should stock products accordingly.

Hope this helps you out.

Hey Niqui,

Unfortunately Best Buy™ is not able to provide customers with information regarding upcoming shipments of in-bound products. Please be aware that our website is updated daily with new inventory and offerings, so it is important to keep checking back with us for more information. We will offer the Nintendo Wii and copies of Wii Fit as soon as they become available to us, but at this time we do not provide an option for customers to place reserve orders for out-of-stock items.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron
