Question about Evenflo Chase Comfort Touch
You have to tuck the loop in through the back of the car seat from the bottom to the top and then tuck the length of the tether through the sewn loop in the tether strap. I found it helpful to have a firm, flat surface (like a butter knife or a ruler) to help guide the tether along the molded foam that is not removeable. Plan it out in advance so the hook is the right way up when you are done, to save yourself some grief.
