my son's Vsmile sometimes wont turn on and when it does turn on it is in black and white

- The v-smile used to sometimes come on and sometimes not, but it went through the whole black and white screen when it would for a while, then one day it started working without us trying to fix it since we'd tried everything a month or two previous and worked fine til a week ago. Now it flat out won't come on at all. I've plugged it in to different outlets in case it was our wiring. I've checked everything there is to check. Nothing works. - whispurr76
