It's dreadful when you are having audio issues. I totally understand!! First, you wanna make sure you don't have your phone on mute. Now, just remove battery and simcard. For about 30-45 seconds. Put all back together. Ensure there's signal. Make a test call in and a test call out. With speaker phone and without speaker phone. If you keep having this issue. Move your simcard to another phone which uses the same carrier. This will determind if the audio issue is simcard related or phone related. After doing the simcard swap, and by chance the simcard is fine. Then, we move onto the phone. It's something with the software. Fix by going through a master reset. I suggest the pound star code: using *#7370#. When asked for the pin number or security number, default is 12345, or which ever number you may have put in. The phone will shut off, shut back on. You'll notice the ringtone and the wall paper are back to as if you just got the phone. Do a test call in and out. With and without speaker phone. Still an issue with the audio.
