Take the printwheel out and look at the "n". if the top is indeed broken off, you will need to buy a new printwheel

The letter F when capitalized give me this character I I (actually does not look like that but just two vertical lines) doesn't do this on the lower case and it is only the F

You have either a bent of broken spoke on your print wheel. If it is bent you may be able to fix it. The vertical lines are the hammer face.

When i hit any key no character print but the space is moving

You probably have a broken print solenoid cap. We sell them for 20.00 includes shipping and instructions.

How can I determine whether my typewriter is a Selectric II or III?

The video shows the models C, Selectric I, and Selectric II.
If your typewriter doesn't compare to any of these in the video it is most likely a Selectric III.
This will also help:
The Selectric III featured a 96-character element vs. the previous 88-character element. IBM's series of "Electronic Typewriters" used this same 96-character element. The 96-character elements can be identified by yellow printing on the top plastic surface and the legend "96," which always appears along with the font name and pitch. The 96- and 88-character elements are mechanically incompatible with each other (they won't fit on each other's machines) and 96-character elements were not available in as many fonts as the older 88-character types.

Alphabets do not print clearly - part of letter/character does not print

You don't give a make or model, if this a wheelwriter check to be sure the platen is fully seated i the side frames, then gey a littlr WD40 on the front of the print solenoid. if these fail you probably need a print solenoid cap. They are available buy a little tricky to install.

The bottom 1/2 of all characters are not showing up

Most likely the platen is not fully seated, push down firmly on both ends of platen (black rubber roll).
