Question about Xerox Phaser 8560MFP Laser Printer
We have an 8560MFP at work. I have used Word from both a Vista and an XP PC to work on the problem. Here's the problem:
The 8560MFP in question has a total of 3 trays - the manual tray and 2 automatic paper-feed trays. The users want to print the first page from tray 2, which has letterhead, and the rest of the pages from tray 3, which contains blank paper.
That seems simple enough, but I cannot get it to work. If I choose to print only the first page on tray 2 and everything else on tray 3, applying it to the whole document, everything comes out on tray 2. If I do the reverse and tell it to print only the 1st page to tray 3 and everything else on tray 2, everything prints from tray 3. Obviously, it is seeing both tray 2 and tray 3.
The XP PC that I tried has Office 2003 on it. The Vista PC has Office 2007. Both produced the same results.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
Ummm i have the same problem , any solution ?

Microsoft word overides the print driver for page choice. Choose from within word File | Page Setup | Paper.
Tray one on this printer is the manual feed tray. tray 2 is the first drawer.
Ensure the printer driver is set up for the additional trays
