Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
I have the same player and it won't play video that is supposed to be supported. I found a program that converts the video and it works well, it takes some time but if you do other stuff while the video converts it's no problem.
This is the page to download super C:
(This page gives you all the settings information for Super C)
By the way the first time you run the program and after actually, it may give you a message that you don't have the right hardware to run the program, ignore it and run the program. Follow the settings and it should work out. I found it sometimes stretches the picture but most of the time it's ok.

I don't know what model of Zen either of you have - there are tons of them - so I will have to refer you to Creative's website - click on your exact product, and then click on Ho-To Demo, and click on Video - it will show you exactly what to do - also, check your product specs and make sure it can handle m4V format - not all models of Zen can handle them:

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
