I found the check box for the Block WAN and it was not checked.
So it was causing the problem.
I believe your initial problem was for PCAnywhere rgiht? just make sure ports 5631 (Data Port or TCP) and 5632(Status port or UDP) is properly opened/forwarded on your router's config page plus make sure that you instruct the router to forward those ports to the computer that you have PCAnywhere plus I have read some articles that newer versions of PCAnywhere 10.+ 11.+ will not work with older version 5.+
Now if it still doesn't work try setting up DMZ for you host computer(Note: enabling DMZ will open a wide range of ports, well common ports that is).

You mean after you put a check/enabled Block WAN request on the router everything works fine now or you still have to check?
