You mean after you put a check/enabled Block WAN request on the router everything works fine now or you still have to check?

I believe your initial problem was for PCAnywhere rgiht? just make sure ports 5631 (Data Port or TCP) and 5632(Status port or UDP) is properly opened/forwarded on your router's config page plus make sure that you instruct the router to forward those ports to the computer that you have PCAnywhere plus I have read some articles that newer versions of PCAnywhere 10.+ 11.+ will not work with older version 5.+

Now if it still doesn't work try setting up DMZ for you host computer(Note: enabling DMZ will open a wide range of ports, well common ports that is).

Explain how you have it connected in as much detail as possible.

Be sure you -
have it plugged from your cable box to your WAN connection.

Confirm your internet connection can plug in directly to a computer and it works.

Then plug the box in. i have found that you need to go into the admin and change the starting ip address to like 192.168.1.50 as it starts at
192.168.1.1 and your internet box might have the same ip and conflict.
Your internet provider should be able to help you with the details now that you know what you are looking for.

try it.

Signal found, but no connectivity

Try this. It should renew your configuration between your router and your internet provider:

Step 1 Log into the web-based configuration by typing in the IP address of the router (default:192.168.0.1) in your web browser. The username is admin (all lowercase) and the password is blank (nothing).

Note: The 192.168.0.1 address is NOT on the internet. It is the address to the router itself.

Step 2 Click the Home tab and click the WAN button. Dynamic IP Address is the default value, however, if Dynamic IP Address is not selected as the WAN type, select Dynamic IP Address by clicking on the radio button. Click Clone Mac Address. Click on Apply and then Continue to save the changes.

Step 3 Click on Status. Under WAN, Click DHCP Renew. If it does not get an IP address or times out, then continue with Step 4.

Step 4 Power cycle the cable modem and router:

Turn the cable modem off (first)
Turn the router off
Leave them off for 2 minutes**
Turn the cable modem on (first)
Wait until you get a solid cable light on the cable modem
Turn the router on
Wait 30 seconds

** If you have a Motorola (Surf Board) modem, leave off for at least 5 minutes.

Step 5 Follow Step 1 again and log back into the web configuration. Click the Status tab and click the Device Info button. If you do not already have a public IP address under the WAN heading, click on the DHCP Renew and Continue buttons.
If you're still getting no connection to the internet, another alternative (before chucking the router) would be to reset it to factory defaults, and run through the setup process again, from scratch.

Cheers

DL-634M Wan socket

Try to update the firmware of the router first and hard reset it.

To hard reset it, press the reset button at the back of the rouetr for 30 secs then unplug the power for 30 secs and then plug it back in. Check if that fixes it.

Try check with your subnets, if your subnet on your SBS is the same as your Xincom configuration and both your SBS and XIncom is acting as a DHCP server, it might cause a conflict.

WAN requests

The feature you are referring to "Block Wan Requests" is either enabled or disabled In the pane to the right, where there are 4 subcategories to "Block Wan Requests", Block Anonymous, Filter Multicast, Filter NAT, and Filter IDENT. These 4 subcategories are your choices for blocking WAN requests. They can be either enabled, or disabled.
