Technician just solved that annoying problem. My dryer is few months old and without pump, so condensed water is dripping to tank by gravity. During drying cloth is collected on filter and condenser, but some amount of cloth goes into pipes and canals on the bottom of dryer and clogged non-return valve where tank is inserted. Side panel ha has to be removed, canals and valve cleaned. To prevent problem technician suggested condenser and filter cleaning after every use. Valve can be removed from bottom without removing side panel.
where are the valves and canals and pipes you talk about? how do i get to them? can i remove all the screws on the back of the machine and open it up?
the pipe he talks of is under a cover.. this cover is right under the cooler elment... But i would recomend take down the side if its long time sensns cleaning... screw of top... take of screews side (back) screew... take away the screw under (1 screw) take of the screws in the top.. take out the reseroir take 3 screews there.. lift it out so u can take the screews behind.. push the side topp forward pull out plastik plugs... now u should be able to see the pump and cover... taka away one screew for the cover pusch away the plastic holders and lift cover... now its easy to lift upp pump.. if u want u can remove cabels and take away pump so u easly can cleean ... there is also an option to take away the cower for the pump wheel.. sometimes its really dirty there... hope this helps ... sorry for bad english :)

I experienced the same issue for the second Time. The first time, a technician came and changed the pump, cleaned the pipes

As a result, it appears that Bosch did a poor job designing this model and the consumer that put confidence in Bosch brand will soon be fully disappointed. At least when the warranty is over!
