One of two issues/problems: 1) Main Power supply problem 2) High Voltage Power supply problem. A Good TV Service Shop that works on Philips would be the first place I'd call. It will be much cheaper to bring the TV into the shop instead of having a tech come out to your location. Possibly a $200 to 300 dollar repair. Blessings, A/V Media Guy
