Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I have an integral sat nav and mp3 system in my car.
I have maps for all Europe which are paid for but C-IQ has ceased trading as such and will not activate any country maps not activated by their cease date.
can I use another system in my car or IS THERE A WAY TO ACTIVATE MY MAPS ?
It is quite simple
1. make sure you omnia is connected to the internedt
after insalling the route 66, go to
2. route 66 main menu
3. click on extras
4. scroll down and click on update
it will download and update
5 exit and go to extras again
6. now click on MAPs, you will find that Indi map would be seen as unlocked. select and enjoy
I have used many other gps maps in India but find that route 66 for India to be most accurate among them. but please note I was told that THIS IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR 6 MONTHS ONLY. hope some one lets us know how to extend this.

All you guys, I can help you install IGo8 or other software for your gps with the latest maps and I need the copy of the flash memory for my defective unit.
Normally this unit (at least mine did) look for mobilenavigator.exe on sd card so you can put other software on the card, rename the folder to mobilenavigator and the executable the same mobilenavigator.exe and you have Igo8 for example working on your device.
And for helping me you put instead of mobilenavogator.exe a program called romdump.exe (but ofcourse you have to rename it to mobilenavigator.exe to run). Atfer that this program that I can provide by email will copy the content of the flash memory to SD in a .bin file that I can prelucrate to create the firmware update file and you will be protected in the future if you mess something up.

make sure that all drivers are installed first. You can go to control panel and click on system then device manager. Your camera should be present there under the list of devices. Inorder to enable the camera, just simply press the Fn key + Esc key.
