My phone was not working properly so i brought it to the verizon store and they replaced it with another same model. My music is downloade on the memory card and when i try to play there is a red zx that shows up and an error message saying File not supported or cannot read.

hi echo 92 put the battery first. next you need to check your contacts are clean. Also what way are ou trying to play the music. You should actually use media card that goes in the memory slot on the side. You can go into your media center and then make sure the volume is working, Play the music in the music and ringtone sction. If that doesn't work for you. Take it to the nearest verizon corp store they can tell you if the speakers are blowm. You also can make sure that the speakers are cleam by using a toothbrush. they may just be debri inside your speakers.
Are you using a microsd card? If so the music will show up under the sounds menu and not the VCast Music. This should help you. But in order to listen to MP3 files you need to load them onto a microsd card and then put your card into the slot on the enV. This should solve your problem.
chances are your driver on your pc is corrupt. uninstall your driver from your pc for your phone then re install it. then go to verizons web site to see if there is an update for your device and download and install on your pc. delete all music files on the sd card( i know this is not probably what you want to do but chances are the music files are corrupt as well.. after you do all of these steps sync the phone to the pc and download one music file to the phone go in your applications page on the phone find the file and then transfer it to the sd card. remove the usb cord from the phone then play the file on the phone it should work properly
There is a problem with the phone. Mine had the same problem. You need to take it into your local verizon store and talk to the tech support person. Dont leave until they replace it. If you have had it under a year than it will be free. If not its $50 if you have the issurance.
The best thing to do is to take the battery out while the device is powered on and leave it out for thirty seconds, then replace the battery and power the device on, once it is at your main screen dial *228 and send selection option one by pressing 1 and let the music play after the programming is complete it should work just fine.
that is a norm prob it is just the phone i have had near 10 of these phones just walk in to your local verizon store tell them what you posted and they should replace it free due to it still being under man. want. k
From what I can tell and after researching the same issue it is the
KRZR. I called both Verizon tech support and my bluetooth tech support. There is no solution If
you notice some of the functions in the Blue tooth Pairing/connection
menu functions don't even work. (The on off for instance and the
settings) After it is paired. I tried my bluetooth with other phones
and it works fine. I am going to the Verizon store to complain untill i get a different model.
