Hello, this is techbud I spoke to you earlier today over the chat session about my installation problem. I did as you said, restarted the computer, logged in as administrator, put in the cd, plug in the scanner cable, but it did not work. When I put in the cd it prompted me to plug in the scanner cable to the computer then press o.k, but when I pressed o.k, the installation was supposed to begin, but nothing happened. Is it because I uninstalled it, would that uninstallation cause any damage to the scanner, would I have to clean up files due to the uninstallation?
