Plantronics Explorer 350 speaker problem

I used Plantroinics explorer 350 for 7 months. It worked very well. Now, when I connect with phone (SE K850), it does not transfer conversation to headset speaker. I speak through headset and person I talke to hear my voice. Everything is working (all commands) but I can not hear voice on headset, only through mobile phone. It is same situation when I connect with another mobile phone (so, my phone is OK).
Thankfull for help.
Greet.

Can't sync my plantronics explorer 240 to my i phone

Here are some things to try. Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. The attached user guide for the Plantronics Explorer 230 (240) on page 7 will show you how to turn off / on the headset (to reset headset) and then page 4 will walk you through the pairing process. Remember to remove any lingering bluetooth connections from your phone.

I'm trying to connect to my LG Rumor 2 with my 220 PLANTRONICS

First you want to make sure there is no other Bluetooth interference in your phone. Turn off your headset and phone (remove the battery from the phone for about 30 seconds, if possible, to reset). Follow the pairing instructions found on this link for the Plantronics Explorer 220 User's Guide -- pages 3-5, 7.

My plantronics explorer 350 is paired correctly with my iphone 4, but I can't hear anything, it almost seems like it's muted, only it's not.

After doing some research for your phone, I have found that Apple does not list the Plantronics 350 as a recommended headset for the iphone 4. The recommended Plantronics headsets for the iphone 4 are Backbeat 903, Discovery 975, and the Explorer 395. Here is the link for the Explorer 350 User's Manual. It might just be that you have an old headset that is not compatible with a new phone.
