Computer Management is a collection of Windows administrative tools that you can use to manage a local or remote computer. The tools are organized into a single console, which makes it easy to view administrative properties and to gain access to the tools that are necessary to perform your computer-management tasks. Such OS's like Win2000 & WinXP has a very flexible way of managing the services.

The reason for this is there is a driver problem. That is where I would start. Go to My Computer and right click on it Select the hardware tab. Next select Device Manager and see if there is a problem with one or more of your devices. Safe mode doesn't require all of your drivers to start up.

No sound on youtube. i may have deleted the sound program, which one should i download and use

there could be a number of reasons for not having sound on utube, but the most obvious is: 1. the mute button on your computer is muted or turned right down 2. the mute button on youtube is muted or turned right down
if non of these then its probebly your sound card driver. to determine this press "start" right click on "my computer" click "manage" then on the left hand side press "device manager" then in the right hand box there should be something along the lines of "sound, video and game controllers. open this, then right click on each one of the options and update each driver. this should fix your problems.
hope this helps if not reply back XD

I cant reconnect to my internet after i rreformat my pc, any idea please?

The main reason why you cannot access internet after reformatting your PC is because you forgot to reinstall system driver particularly the Ethernet, the Network. For you to see the missing drivers of your PC that cause a lot of malfunctioning please right click the My Computer and hit Manage and go to Device Manager. There you will see some exclamatory mark saying Missing Devices. To get it back insert the CD that containing all the drivers of your computer or download it on the internet by searching the type of your computer, brand, operating system, so on and so forth. I hope I gave you some helpful ideas.

Getting a No sync message on monitor ,computer

No sync message could be for 2 reasons.

1. Loose VGA cable
2. Wrong driver installed or configuration made is out of monitor range

For loose cable you can fix it up from both ends, on CPU and on Monitor itself.
For second reason, we just have to delete display driver from Device Manager. Follow below method to delete driver

Start computer in safe mode. To start in safe mode, as soon the system boots up press F8 and select Safe Mode. After you log into the safe mode. Right click the "My Computer" icon on desktop, go to properties,
go to "Hardware" tab, Click on "Device Manager", go to "Display driver" and expland it, select the driver below the expanded "Display Driver" and press delete to remove the driver. Now restart the system and it will automatically adjust the display driver for you.

Running vista and having problem openning programs . will not open any programms on desktop getting prompted the question of what program would i like to utilise to open this program any suggestions

this problem is a windows problem.

Therefore you have to re-run/repair windows for your programs to open well again.

Does your system has a recovery disk manager? You can check this when you open "My Computer".

Once you have confirmed that you have a recovery manager, click start menu, click all programs, then scroll to Back up and recovery manager. Click it and follow instructions as this will help to repair your windows.

You could also restart your system and pressF11 or F10 constantly to run recovery manager.

And if you don't have a recovery manager, then you will be needing a windows vista CD to help repair window.

Take care

Deleted windows security on spybot

It sounds like a setting in the security center that got changed to me, rather than something deleted. Try this: Go to Start>Control Panel>Security Center and choose the lower Automatic Updates from the Manage my settings at the bottom of the window. Make sure the pop up window has automatic checked on.
If you can't change that setting for some reason, go to windows update, here, and manually update your system. Apply any critical or security updates it recommends, reboot the computer twice, then check the security center and see if you can set automatic updates to automatic. That should stop you from being prompted to download and install updates.
If this procedure doesn't work for some reason, then you may indeed have deleted some important system file, and we'll need to run chkdsk or sfc scannow to repair the corrupted system files. Write back with the results and we can take it from there.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
