PCCharge does not charge a monthly bill for use of it's software. Perhaps you should get in touch with your MSP. The only bill PCCharge would charge is either for the purchase of the software, or for the tech support contract (which is quickly becoming less and less worth the money). In both cases, you would need to contact their sales department directly.

On your bill will be a website, go there and your will see the 'How to Pay', link. You can also set up automated payment if you are liable to use the road again.

Pending means it's waiting for the bank to send the money, Since banks are not open on Sunday and there is nobody there to process the payments. You can expect the payment to be send by Monday or Tuesday.

I am currently using the basic version online which may be a little different from your version. With in my version I am able to do that by editting the clients information and then selecting the terms under the section named clients billing information.

once you attempt to type it in you have the option to <<add new>>

I hope this answers your question.

QB Pro 07 - I entered an amount due in the Vendors Bills area some weeks back. The bill was &71.45. I paid the bill today and paid $77.45 ($6.00 more than the amount of the original bill due to there...

I would enter a bill for the $6.00. When you paid the original bill and added $6.00, QB simply thought you were overpaying and is probably carrying a $6 credit as a prepay.

When I print bills, it says "4 bills prepared and not printed"?????

When you prepare bills, you can set your options to only print bills that have activity. However, there may be clients in your criteria selection that do not have any new slips to bill, but you may have posted payments. You will not be printing bills for the clients that only have payments but no other activity. Even if you do not print the bill, the program "processes" the clients with the payments, so you will see the "yellow envelope" next to the client payment, even though you are not sendin them a bill

Setting up recurring payments

What you are looking for is memorized transactions. Double click on each item that you want to recur on a regular basis, click on edit, click on memorize, go throught the window setting up frequency etc, save and close.
You can do this with invoices, bills, checks etc.

Customer billing

Hopefully, you already found this answer elsewhere, but just in case you're still wondering:

Customer should be the owner or member. Then, if you've made the payment "billable" as indicated in your question, you can create an invoice to that customer and use the "Add Time/Cost" function to add the billable expense.
