Seems to be an issue with the power board. The clicking sound is that of the relay. You will most likely have to swap out the power board. I recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer (if under warranty) or a local repair shop for repairs.

Look for loose contacts in power outlet. Try the TV on some other power outlet. There could also be a problem with the power cord.

Samsung PN50A450 wont turn on and is clicking.

Many sets use a mechanical relay which may be what you heard.

Based on what you have told me here with your question I agree first place to look is power supply.

All sets have as part of the power supply a standby supply that runs all the time when set is plugged in---it supplies the voltages for the remote or manual on and off to power the main supply and with it the set to be turned on.

You are able to safely get the back off---lay set face down so entire screen is supported evenly---no downward pressure as the screen unit can be instantly destroyed.

Most sets have to be taken apart this way if a base is attached as it will have to come off to get all the cover screws off.

You may be on the right track with filter caps---that standby runs them all the time and the material in cheap caps can dry out in less than two years--using cheap ones cuts cost when making the set.

I will attach a few photos of what to look for---one is a mild example and another has some extreme examples---if locate one or more I can explain how to replace and identify their values--not hard as each have only two leads soldered in--values are actually marked on the parts--each has a plus on one side and a minus on the other.

let me know if you find bad ones.

look for perfectly flat tops like on left===right one is just slightly puffed up and is still bad.

The ones with arrows are extreme examples and some of the others look ok.

I have a JVC AV-65WP74, I went to bed watching the TV then turned it off for the night but the next day when I turned it back on the blue light came on on the TV but no picture, the TV makes a fast...

The clicking you hear is probably caused by a relay that controls the incoming AC to the main power supply. This is a protective reaction to a problem in the power supply itself or an overload due to a failure downstream from the supply. This is not a likely DIY repair. You will probably need a technician to determine which of these two likely problems it is.

Hear clicking noise inside the tv and also no picture

If the noise is louder like sparking than shut off the set as there is leakage from EHT (extra high tension transformer) which can be replaced by technical expert,if the sound is not louder than there is failure of internal power supply that can be repaired by technical expert.

Clicking from inside the TV. sounds like its going to explode.

That is one or more of the capacitors shorting and discharging. Turn the TV off and take it in to be repaired. If you let it continue to do this it will eventually destory the television.

I need my volume to be magnify

You need to know what operating system your PC use. This is a simple steps to make more louder the sound in Windows XP system:
  1. Click [Start] menu, choose [Settings] and then click [Control Panel], finally chose [Sounds and Audio Devices]
  2. On tab [Volume] od Sound and Audio Devices Properties, move Device Volume Control slider from "Low" to "High" position.
  3. Click [Apply] at lower right most corner part of the panel
  4. Click [OK]
  5. The volume has become louder
Note: I think, adding a pair of stereo active speaker is the simple way instead of getting more louder sound of the PC's sound card.

The sound is a failing relay. It seems you have an issue with the power board. You may have to swap out the board to get this rectified. I recommend contacting a local service center to get this repaired.
