Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I ran out of black ink so I replaced the cartridge and now the printer says that I need to still replace it. I have tried 3 different carts. and still get the sam error mess. What next?
Make sure the contacts on the cartridge and on the printer's cartridge carriage are clean. I clean then with a cotton swap and Isopropyl alcohol then rub them with a clean pencil eraser. If these contacts are damaged or dirty the printer cannot communicate with the cartridge.
