Recovered pictures from a camera

My wife accidentally deleted pictures from her camera. She utilized a on line program to recover the photos. However, the photos have been recovered in a way that will not allow them to be printed on 4 x 6 or 3 x 5. Can you help?

Thanks
Roger

Hey fourthesther,
I would first make sure that the images were recovered as jpeg files, and if they weren't you should convert the files to jpeg files. If this isn't the case I would make sure my printer is set to print 4x6 or 3x5 prints. If you have any more specific information on the recovered files I might be able to be of more assistance so just ask me. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

Accidentally deleted pictures from camera, but dont know if they were on memory card or not.possibly just from internal memory, can they be retrieved?

Sure, they can be recovered if they are not overwritten. You can use photo recovery software like Card Data Recovery. it can help you recover deleted photos from digital camera internal or external memory card.
This program has two versions separately provided for Mac and Windows users. You can download the program from here:

I accidentally deleted the photos on my camera. Is there a mechanism to retrieve deleted files on the camera. Please help?

I have had success with this... Download this photo recovery program

You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

I accidentally deleted all the pictures files from DCIM file folder on the computer (Imac) using "move to trash" option instead deleted them using camera (nikon D40x) menu. Now, even there is no images on...

Photos can be successfully retrieved from a memory card - however there is a catch. When you delete a photo, you really just tell the camera/computer to act like it isn't there. The actual bits in memory aren't changed to delete it (there is software you can get to actually delete them, but its usually completely unnecessary).
To get back your lost picture files try to use flash file recovery software. http://www.panterasoft.com/file-recovery/index.html

Is there a way to recover images that accidentally got delete from the memory card? My wife does not know how she did it, but she was looking at the stored pictures, and suddenly the images got deleted?...

Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for.

You will need to use a flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, get one, they're inexpensive.
