The best solution is...remove the sim card,enter the file manger on the phone,delete all the images and musics found in the phone memory(not memory card).then put back ur sim card and it will work perfectly.......if it works,send ur gratitude to God......then to me at hero4life007

You should try and have the firmware on that mobile reflash but you should contact the store that you bought it from seeing that it is not an original but just a clone i am not aware of any firmware for those phones as yet.
