Adding New Extensions Labels

We created several new extensions recently and I want to add Extension Labels from our MLX-20L Console. Any idea how? I can find the instructions on how to do it using the software as we have always relied on our installers in the past.

This should be simple enough to do, I imagine, just need to know how.

Also, is there a way to delete Extension Labels, other than making them blank (by using the backspace). We've also deleted several extensions.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I downloaded the user guide for MLX-20L, however it is for a User instead of the person managing the system. Any othe ideas? Thanks.

I seem to have a similar problem.
I work in a high school guidance dept and would like to offer callers the extensions for each guidance counselor.

Seems we don't have a "person managing" our system.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

It should be a night button on that MLX 20L. But there are TONS of ways to make that system do what you are describing. It woould take a vendor to dial in and pull some prints top say exactly.
