Rudd compressors are warranted for ten years number one. Can you give a little more detail.

SOURCE: Furnace doesn't reach desired temperature

On the thermostat if its a manual on then pop the cover off and look for a small dial with numbers on it. Take and move it tpoi a higher number than whats it is set at. Its called a heat anticipater and is supppose to make it so that the unit does not oveshoot or under shoot like what your experiencing. If its a digital oine then you are going to have to configure the setting in the insdtallers menu.

SOURCE: Air conditioner shuts off early.

Hi, thermostats is not problem , it's asking for cooling when it should, it's your condensing unit outside, if mechanics said, system is o/k. then it's location of condensing unit, check location of your condensing unit, in relation to direct sunlight, condensing unit best location is always a cool place, preferable away from direct sunlight, check to see, when unit is doing that, if it's expose to direct sunlight, that could be your problem, direct sunlight for long periods could cause the high pressure & temp. controls malfunction. or maybe system is not fully charge with freon, double check freon charge. if direct sunlight is your problem, build a shade or change location of condensing unit, good luck.

SOURCE: Why does the heating element in my gas furnace

The furnace has many safety controls monitoring many parameters. The most like cause of your complaint may be low air flow. The most simple reason would be dirty or too restrictive of an air filter. If the filter is clean that is about as far as you can go without a general knowledge of how that whole system works together.

SOURCE: When out temp is below 50, heater does not produce enough heat

Sounds to me like the thermostat or thermostat wires are wrong.
If you open the t-stat make sure no bare wires are touching one another.
Typical wire codes/colors are red to R,green to G,yellow to Y,w to white or w1,orange to O,blue to common(C),brow to E.
These should be the same in the air handler as well as the outside condensing unit.
Some installer may use different colors for some other reason.
Verify these colors throughout and report back.
Has the problem existed for the 2.5 years or is it recent?

My Amana 19cu ft refrigerator, freezer on the bottom. Refrigerator stopped working, freezer is still working, MODEL DRB1901CW. S/N109533070CE

There are plenty of reasons this could happen like the following: PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE Loud operating sound level • See "Sound Information" section for explanation of normal operating sounds Freezer too warm. Compressor not operating • Freezer temperature set too warm • Defective compressor • Defective overload or relay Refrigerator too cold • Refrigerator temperature set too cold • Chefs Pantry control set too cold or misaligned allowing freezer air to escape into refrigerator section • Freezer temperature set too cold • Restricted condenser air • Refrigerant shortage or restriction • Refrigerant overcharge Freezer too warm. Compressor cuts off on overload • Heavy usage • High ambient • Restricted condenser air • Defective condenser fan motor • Loose or missing condenser fan blade • Improper voltage • Defective relay or overload • Compressor motor winding • Non-condensibles in system • Refrigerant overcharge Freezer too warm. Compressor operating • Freezer temperature set too warm • Restricted condenser air • Defective condenser fan motor • Opened door • Heavy usage • Defective freezer fan motor • Opened defrost thermostat • Opened defrost heater • Loose or missing freezer or condenser fan blade • Heavily frosted evaporator • Refrigerant shortage or restriction • Inefficient compressor Refrigerator too warm • Refrigerator temperature set too warm • Freezer temperature set too warm • Return air or air supply duct blocked • Chefs Pantry control set too warm or air supply tube blocked • Heavy usage • High ambient Problem Possible Cause Freezer too cold • Freezer temperature set too cold Long off cyde • Low ambient • Freezer temperature set too warm Short off cycle • Heavy usage • High ambient • Freezer temperature set too cold • Light constantly on • Poor door gasket seal Long or continuous run cyde • Heavy usage • High ambient • Inadequate condenser air flow • Freezer temperature set too cold • Loss or restricted refrigerant Short run cycle • Light usage • Low ambient • Freezer temperature set too warm Exterior cabinet condensation • High humidity. Design accepts beads of water on cabinet exterior after 4 hours with 0° to 2°F (-18° to -17°C) freezer food temperature and 38° to 40°F (3° to 4°C) refrigerator food temperature in 84% R.H. conditions. See "Typical Sweat Pattern" section under above conditions. • Freezer temperature set too cold • Poor door gasket seal • Insulation void

Ruud UAKA-030JAZ fan spins, not blowing cold air

there are 3 things to be considered, first,if the compressor motor `s connectors are having loose,it gives a hi ampere to your RELAY that can cause to its contacts being fried, second, the compressor motor itself is gaining a hi ampere already i.e. having unusual sound that can cause heavy friction inside the turning mechanism and third the last but not the least, maybe this time, the tubes or the compressor itself having very small holes that causes to the refrigerant to escape and it doesn`t gives off cold air.

Intermitant temperature

Check to make sure your thermostat works right by monitoring the warming up of your engine. With a completely cold engine, start and run the engine for a few minutes, then put your hand on the top radiator hose to monitor if and when it gets warm as the thermostat opens more and more and note the gauge reading( if it works) the top radiator hose should be unbearably hot within 5-8 minutes. If the therm. opens right it should close right aswell, staying open a little while eventhough the radiator may have cooled may be what you are experiencing causing the rapid cooling and is nothing to worry about. The Hose should not get warm very soon after starting the engine. Regarding you gauge, lets take one step at a time, verify proper op. or the therm.

Continues to run

yes I would switch it over due to the fact that the balance point reached. Since I'm not there to look at the system monitor the actual temperature inside and if you cannot maintain the setpoint on the thermostat you may have to bring it back on. I've seen recently that there was not enough backup heat to keep the house warm enough during cold spells. Stay warm.

I have a Honewell CM921/927 wireless programmable room thermostat that is operating the combi boiler in AUTO mode even when the time setting is meant to be off (no output). The target temp is 20 deg and...

If the room is at the set temperature even when the rad are warm the boiler is doing its job. It takes steel rads up to an hour to cool down so if they stay warm to the touch that is normal. It takes steel rads a long time to heat up when they get cold so its cheaper to let them not get real cold.I was told not to put a programmable thermostat on our boiler simply because it takes a lot of gas to bring your house up even two degrees. I run a non programmable and set our heat at 72 degrees and do not touch it all winter. There should be a water shut off on each rad so if you want your bedroom cooler just shut that shut off on that rad off.
