Side bye side with ice maker, where do I install the water filter/ Also, where is the drain plug, so I can clean it out.

Our fridge with icemaker frequently leaks water onto the floor and I can't locate where the water is coming from. Is there a drain plug that may be clogged? GEA

kenmore side-by-side-heating element is not working and water is not going into the ice maker. Model # 363-9530783

This refrigerator uses a external inline filter. I still have yet to find the drain plug.
