Well for the sims what you do is enter any number 3 times and it will say puk blocked then ring your carrier eg optus virgin ect ect they will ask you 4 your details and give u the puk write it down incase then u will enter your new sim pin code and repeat as for the phone
ring your fone compaony provide them with you imei number under the battery and they will tell you a code something like a override code to reset the phone good luck
