    Lack of water pressure

  • Anonymous Mar 23, 2014

I had a damaged washer pump on my pressure washer. I had parts but I split the pump open and lost all oil. I do not know what and how much oil is needed for replacement. I dont know any other way to pour in new oil without turning the whole machine upside down until the pump cavity is sealed and torqued. do you ?

I have the same Problem, the leak is from the seam of the Manifold housing. There is a small crack in the seam. A manufacturing defect.. A New Manifold Complete Replacement K2.26* Part # 97501760 is $61.03, about the half the price what I paid for this pressure washer at Walmart... :( If under 1 year old, and you can find a receipt,Karcher will replace the whole Pressure washer under warranty.

Water pouring out from bottom of machine leading to loss of pressure

You will need to remove the main cover and see where the leak is coming from. Could well be either the water inlet or the main pump seals .

My karcher pressure washer has lost its water power

I have the same problem. With mine I have to remove the tip that I am using then pull the trigger and then replace the tip and pull and pressure should return. I believe that one of my valves is sticking causing me to reprime the pump frequently. I am trying to clean or replace my valves to fix the problem.

I hope this helps.
