Problem for HP 530i (Q6750A) DVD±RW Dual Layer Burner
Hp 530 laptop
Hi i just went to play a dvd on my hp 530 notebook but when i inserted the dvd it would not load so i went into my computer and noticed that my dvd rw drive icon was missing. i went into device maniger and found the drive icon with a yellow triangle next to it i looked at the propertys of the drive and it said code 10 could not start i was somthing to do with the drivers, so i decied to uninstall the device and try to re install it. when i reinstalled it the same thing happened the little yellow triangle in device maniger and nothing in my computer.
p.s the drive is a optiarc dvd rw ad-7530b

- hi i have a new hp 530 celeron laptop,the problem started just after i baught the device ,when ever i try to read any dvd using the laptop the drive just stops working ,either gives me the not responding sign or the icon of the drive disappears...i tried many solutions like exchanging the drive with a new one (same kind) but the same problem keeps on occuring,i wanna have a sloution for that ,is it caused by the vista windows??how can i solve this plz??- Roonitta
