Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The pages printed are not printed 'straight' (even the test page is slightly slanted towards the left hand side (top left margin is bigger than low left margin by about .1 of an inch).
At the end of every print, including the test/alignment test , it says "The print cartridge cradle cannot move."
Please turn device power off. Check device for a paper jam or other obstruction.
Which I've done, but I'm getting the same results.
Cant we fix it on our own

"The print cartridge cradle cannot move."
I fixed this problem by disconnecting the power cord from the power-strip and connecting it directly into the wall. My printer was not getting enough voltage from the power-strip. I hope this helps.
