When flipping the doors on a ge gts18icmbrww can the door brackets work on both sides?

Most of the time doors are reversible. The non hing sides usually have plastic caps over the screw holes, Just remove them and the hinges and re-install on the other side. Pay attention to any spacers you find between the door hings and pivot pins so they go back in where they were.

Hings is loose on compaq presario cq60

If you remove the screen surround and then the base of the machine, you can then access the hinges and tighten the screws.
See utube for disassembly instructions;
Hope that helps.

What causes the copy to be lopsided when using the feeder

I'm not sure what lopsided means??? Are you saying that the image is crooked? If you feed the paper 180 degree then the way you are feeding it now, are they still crooked? Also, do the pages get jammed? Also, look to see if one of the hings are broken? If one is broken, it's a dead give away for your problem. If that is not the problem, I would loosing up the screw that hold the adf on and move the adf a bit till the copies come out straight. Once the copies are coming out straight, tighting the adf hing screws and you are done...... Good Luck

The hings on the door don't hold the door up properly so the door doesn't close properly

Unscrew the hinges and reinstall. There is some adjusment in the hinges so use a helper to adjust for proper fit.
