my control knob cracked into and the knob on the glass lid melted. How can I get these replaced?

How old is your cooker? The Model 3040, manufactured between 1999 and 2004, was included in a safety recall. If yours was from that time you might just want to replace the whole thing. For more information go to www.rivalrecall.com.
