You will need the TC-U450 powered either by mains or the 12V supply cord...
With that in place, use your USB cable that came with your phone, and plug it into the USB port on the TC-U450's side. Then you will need the battery in your Samsung S3, plug the micro USB end of the USB cable into the phone's charging socket.
Check on your phone to confirm that charging is taking place.
The Sanyo SCP-2700 cell phone does not support 'browsing' or file transfer. The suggested course of action is to upload the photos to Picturemail - please be sure you have the Picturemail service and a data plan, otherwise it will get expensive.
Once the photos are uploaded to Picturemail, you can download them to your PC singly or as a ZIP archive.
When you bought the Voyager, you should have gotten a USB cable to connect the Voyager to a computer. If not, you'll need to purchase one. NOTE: the USB cable needed has a standard USB connector on one end, but the other connector has to fit the Voyager (same place the charger plugs in at). Verizon sells the USB cords for the Voyager.
Your other choice is to get a MicroSD memory card, put it in the Voyager (place on the side to insert it), then put your music on pictures on the card, then take out the card and put it in your computers memory card reader, if it has one.
