To connect to the internet you must activate the GPRS first from your network provider ...The best thing you can do is to contact the customer care of your network provider and ask for the activation of GPRS ...
they will tell you the procedure to activate it ....
they will tell the number to which the message to be sent to activate & receive the settings ....
so note that down and then follow the procedures told by them ...
you will receive the gprs settings(profile or setup) also ... make sure of the charges with them there will be many plans & then get activated ...
after this you will able to connect to internet ....
if the customer people tell you that your handset is not compatible for the receiving of the profile settings then you must tell them to give the manual settings(includes ip address,APN,etc) so that you can only create the profile and input the information given by the customer care people...
after this you can get into the internet it will not ask for the setup again

any further doubts you can reply me
i am always here to assist you ..
thank you
bye...

Hi Vic, I do not wich one option of the internet you are connected, but is a good idea to try the ethernet connection by cable and make sure is on plugging both sides, so need to go to the setting on the tv.
The procedure is the same. Setting/ Network/ LAN.

My internet was working fine till my phone had to be reset... now it tells me "service unavailable" when ever i try go on the internet.. i don't know wether the connection settings have changed or what...

Hi,

As you reset your mobile,The settings which you have saved for internet will also be deleted. That is the reason you cannot access to internet.

So please call your service provider and tell them to send the settings again.Save it and make it as default setting. You can start using your internet.

Thanx

Every time i try to connect to the internet it tells me that there is a problem. I tried rebooting and it didnt help can you please tell me what i need to do to get back online?

Try this, it may work for you.

Internet Connection Errors

If you have a virus or malware that is not letting you connect to the internet or your settings have been corrupt, there is a simple setting that you can look for to correct the error. The most prevalent of these is that you can connect to the router and your network but you have no internet access. This is the one I will concentrate on here.

Bring up your internet browser look to the right and click on the “Tools” drop down menu. Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Internet Options”.
Now click on the “Connections” tab. At the bottom of the page, click on the “LAN settings” button.
Make sure the box for “Automatically detect settings is checked. Now, Un-check all other boxes, Especially the box that states to use a “proxy server for your LAN” at the bottom. Click OK and OK.

Reboot the machine and try to connect to the internet, you should be able to. I have to also add that in some cases if you have “Selective Startup” selected through “MSCONFIG”….it may be beneficial to change that to “Normal Startup” until you get the other settings configured.

Not enough memory settings discarded

You may do the following actions to try:
1.Pls set the default storage of your phone is on MEMORY card, but not on the PHONE's memory.
You may go to "menu", find setting, choose storage for Memory Card.
You may have to set for all kinds of files, such as messages, photos, videos, MP3……

2. Pls make sure that your phone is powerful when you surf the internet by it.
Surfing the internet need more electrical power.

3. Some websites can't be view on cell phone, so pls confirm the website you want to view is suit for cell phone

4. Pls close other programs when you get internet.
Getting internet needs more RAM. (memory) If you open other programs at the same time, it may cause unavailable or warning "not enough memory"
