Click Start - Printers and Faxes - Open the Printer - on the menu Printer click and select cancel all documents, and also press the cancel button on the printer, turn off the printer and Restart your system, turn on your printer again while you restart your Computer.. Now you'll see there's no more print queue .. Good luck...
Firstly turn the printer off and leave it off for a few mins. This should clear the buffer.
If not then can delete the printer "from control panel", restart PC and then re-install the printer....but make sure you have/can get the driver for the printer first!
Does it show "Printing" or "Spooling" in the job queue window?
Open the Job queue window, then highlight and cancel the print job. Send a small print job to the printer and make sure that the PC and the printer are communicating.
If the failure re-occurs, then clear the queue again and close it and restart i=the queue.
