The latest version can be downloaded from the realtek website

Click Downloads
Click "High Definition Audio Codecs (Software)"

Speaker no sound

Your are probably missing a driver. Or a wrong driver is installed on your pc click on the start bottom in your windows and search for device manager if you have a tab called other devices in device manager you are missing a driver if that is the case run lenovo system update on your machine and it will find and install the right driver for you.

E4600 drivers for audio driver

The E4600 is actually your processor and does not have anytihng to do with sound, I was however able to find your computers(Lenovo ThinkCentre A57) website which should have the drivers on this page.

Simply select audio on the category drop down menu and it will list all audio drivers.
Select the one for your operating system(you most likely have windows xp)
IF you ahve windows vista or 7 select vista. Note: the vista driver will work for windows 7

I have lenovo z560.. and windows xp sp2 installed on it along with win 7. when i m trying to install audio driver, then it displsys a error message "" could not find media device for this...

All you need is a small update of windows for Xp sp2
donwloa dit here and the audio will work fine (install .net 3.5 before as said on lenovo website)

Please be informed that Lenovo has not yet released drivers for Y410 which are compatible with Windows 7 OS. Here's the link where you can see all the drivers for Lenovo Y410.
