Question about Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 DVD Player

My ch-dvd 300

When the dvd plays on the top of the screen theres a T with nubers after it and a Cafter that with numbers, then theres a thing with 2 blinking arrows that looks like a rewind sign. please can someone help i can get it off

Ok, the T stands for Title, the C for chapters, look on your remote for a button that says DISPLAY (or possibly RECALL) and press it until the display disappears. you may have to press it a few times. this may not work, but give it a go

Cyberhome 300 dvd player does'nt read any dvd


I have CH DVD 300 Model, i have purchased this DVD on 2007, yestarday (17/05/2009).

When i put DVD in, i cannot see any screen on TV, perviosly i can seen default screen CYBERHOME, all other things are ok, (powe on ok, eject & incert ok,) dvd is not playing after putting DVD in CYBERHOME.

Need remote code


try this method THIS METHOD WORKS FOR THE CH-DVD 300, CH-DVD 300S, AND CH-DVD 320
1. Switch player on, making sure that there's no disc in the tray.
2. Close tray.
3. Using the remote control, key in the following: MENU, 1, 9.
4. A menu will appear with the region option near the bottom of the screen.
5. Press ENTER, enter the desired region (0=REGION FREE )AND PRESS ENTER again to save the desired region.
6. Press OPEN/CLOSE. Hope this helps you with your problem

Your advice was very helpful. After two+ months of tooling around and navigating around the menu blind I was on the brink of trashing it.


At first I tried the stop button with a dvd in the player with no success. After taking the dvd out, turning in off/on then pressing the stop button for 20 seconds the screen turned blue as said.

This help saved me a great amount of fustation.

this is for: Cyberhome CH-DVD-300 1. Ensure the players disk tray is Closed with no disc . 2. Press Menu. 3. Press 1. 4. Press 9. 5. A menu will appear with the region number near the bottom of the screen. 6. Press Enter. 7. Select the desired region. 8. Press Enter to save the settings.
