Question about Kenwood KDC-135 CD Player
The CD started to eject, but didn't come all the way out. I pushed it back in and now it's stuck. The player thinks it's in as the "in" light is on and the radio won't play (even though the radio settings show on the face instead of the CD settings). The unit will turn off and on and the radio settings show, but the radio won't play and the CD won't play or eject.
There is a small hole at the bottom of the stereo face that will reset the system. I pushed a pen tip into the hole and it turned the stereo off. When I removed the pen, the system turned on and the CD ejected. Problem solved.

Sometimes, if you unplug the main radio harness out from the back of the radio-leave it unplugged for about a minute you can reset the electronics that are now locked up- after you plug the harness back in you shoud hear the cd mechanism moving- now press the eject button- if there is no mechanical problem the cd will eject. If it won't you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at (908)756-3544 if this helps you please give me a good rating
