get the bios number it comes up in post messgae at start up or is on the bios eeprom chip on the motherboard.

maybe you have to do download the windows xp driver or windows vista and try to extract the driver program or download universal extractor program to extract the driver. and go to

-start
- control panel
- device manager
- double click display adapter
- right click video adapter
- click update driver software
- select browse my computer for driver software
-browse the extracted windows xp or vista file driver program and click next
