WELL U DID NOT MENTION IF IT'S WINDOWS XP OR WHAT OS U R USING LET'S ASSUME IT'S XP START UP THE SYSTEM IN SAFE MODE (PRESS F8 CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THE SELECTION SCREEN COMES UP) CHOOSE "SAFE MODE" AND TRY LOGGING ON, THEN WHAT U NEED TO DO IS DO A SYSTEM RESTORE (START>ALL PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>SYSTEM TOOLS>SYSTEM RESTORE AND TRY CHOOSE A DATE(A CALENDER LIKE APPLICATION ON THE TOP LEFT HAND...U CAN CLICK THE ARROW TO GO BACK TO A PARTICULAR MONTH.) AT A TIME THE SYSTEM WAS WORKING NORMAL. AND FOLLOW THE STEPS
