paper stuck on roller

I stuck a piece of shiny paper in the bed, not realizing what could happen. When I tried to print, it jammed, and then when I pulled out the jammed paper, there was a section of the top shiny layer missing. Now when I print other things on normal paper, that whole side of the sheet comes out almost invisible, as if the toner is sticking to the paper that got left in the machine.

Hi, it sounds like the shiny layer has adhered itself to your fuser roller. You will need a technician to change the fuser roller
