TV will not power on,reset light is blinking and continues after following reset instructings

Probably needs a DM board. This is avery common problem and the board may not be available anymore.Sometimes you can repair them by replacing bad capacitors on the DM board.

Tv will not click for pic to show, bulb good, just blicks green

This TV has a Service Bulletin on it that indicates you should install a Ballast Kit.
Also replace the Lamp with a Panasonic Lamp / No generic. If you just replace the Lamp only, it will burn out fast without the new Ballast Kit installed first. Call a good TV tech and have him check for this problem first.

No Picture & No sound. Red LED, Green LED, Red LED.

If the power supply outputs are good! Then I would say the back light inverter is bad! If the screen stays black and does not come on.
