Check to see if your sound driver is installed

right click my computer----- click on manage----click on device manager--check on sound from the list on your right side...if u see a yellow indicator on sound, then know your sound card is not yet installed......

installing the sound card will fix the problem

Cant hear songs
It sounds like your headphone/hold cable is faulty. Try plugging it into a sound device with a docking bay. If no sound comes out of there either then it's a faulty logic board.

on the loudspeaker icon on the toolbar it write iwts all ok.
