The yellow question mark shows a device that windows does not recognize what it is. You may need to install an upgraded driver for whatever you are using to access the internet and then recheck Device Manager. Good luck!

it will take atleast a minimum of 2 - 3 hours..
can take even more than that depending upon the type of softwares that were shipped to ur computer when u purchased it.. so thats normal..

The problem is with your RAM. It is either damaged or its not perfectly fit in the slots. Remove it and clean the slots and insert it back. If the problem remains, replace the RAM.
one light is for hardrive activity , the other is to show the power is on.. the flashing one is most likely the power light as most computers will tell you when thier ill....the beeping is an error code and should be in some pattern EG: Power LED blinks red twice, once a second, followed by a two second pause. Or something like that. Take note of the pattern and repost it here, then we can give you a specific area to look at.
you may check and see if it's set to the "internet time" -> "automatically syncronize with an internet time server", if there you have a wrong server, then it'll reset your time wrong, or if you have another timezone set in windows, than it'll update to that timezone.
secondly, if it's a hardware related issue, than it can be the battery
