Sc400 is an ID sensor error. You probably only need to clean the ID sensor, rather than replace it, but there's a chance it could be something more serious, like a board or the transfer belt assembly.
Getting to the ID sensor is tricky -- you may want to call a service technician. The fuser needs to be removed and the whole right side door needs to be taken off. But chances are that once that ID sensor is cleaned and the machine is turned off and back on, the sc400 error will go away.
