Question about Uniden BC60XLT-1 Handheld Scanner
Use the channel lock out control, unless it is a frequency that you listen to, you may have interference that is causing random static. use a noise filter mechanism to minimize this problem, or buy a specialized scanner antenna that's guaranteed to minimize static.
If no avail, you may need to send it in to a store.
